The Larrabee Lager T.I. involved conversion of an existing buffet restaurant to a new brewery which required extensive improvements to the interior of the building. In essence the interior space was completely stripped to bare studs, concrete slab sawcut and new plumbing installed throughout to include a new full-service kitchen, oversized cooler and all underground piping for brewery operations. Multiple trench drains were installed within the brewery to collect the water used in continually sanitizing equipment for beer making operations. Extensive plumbing was installed throughout brewery to support owner supplied equipment. A new bar was built for beer service along with gang restroom facilities. Exterior walls were restructured for 2 additional oversized garage doors and wood clad bi-pass doors that open to outdoor dining area. Existing concrete floors were skim coated to fill imperfections then ground, polished and sealed for ease of maintenance.
