Description:
The Family Care Network Blaine Medical Office project involved full site development of approximately 1.25 acres to that included fully irrigated native landscaping, multiple EV charging stalls and asphalt parking for 50 patients and staff. The new wood framed 5,600 s.f. facility is equipped with 12 exam rooms, lab spaces, and room for up to 8 providers.
Interior construction include custom manufactured casework throughout, tile clad ADA compliant restrooms, resilient flooring throughout, and steel door frames with plastic laminate faced doors for an additional layer of durability. Interior climate control is provided by a multi-zoned VRV Heat Pump H.V.A.C. system with energy recovery fresh air ventilation providing the utmost in comfort and energy efficiency.
Electrical and CAT 6 Data cabling is distributed throughout the building to support owner equipment and daily power needs. Building exterior was clad in painted cement board panel siding and composite wood Parklex Paneling on the main entrances. All building entrances are covered using structural steel canopies painted to accent the building exterior.
