Description:

Site development of a 4 acre parcel and construction of a 12,157 s.f. fire station.

Notes:

New construction of a wood-framed Fire Station that includes brick veneer and painted hardi siding. Site construction improvements to an existing 4 acre parcel included sewer improvements along Big Lake Blvd, asphalt and concrete paving, and full, complete landscaping.

Interior construction includes 7 apparatus bays, 2 full kitchens, a training and community hall, and all associated mechanical and electrical systems to support day to day operations.
