The Avero Diagnostics (formerly NW Pathology) Laboratory Tenant Improvement project consisted of renovating 14,000 s.f. of a prior retail suite in a 1 story commercial building for new medical testing laboratory. Design build electrical system provided for an all new electrical service, equipment termination, and new lab/office lighting and emergency generator. Design build Plumbing systems included all new waste, water and recirculating DI water system specifically required by equipment. All new design building H.V.A.C. equipment to meet owners need for ventilation, pressure and temperature controls. Working closely with the owner and equipment manufacturers during the design and installation of the space allowed the project to be completed ahead of schedule and under the overall budget. Other areas of improvement were new blood draw rooms, ADA compliant restrooms, Medical Procedure, and Open Work Areas and Conference Rooms.
