Notes:

Project involved the renovation of exterior and interior space for new professional office suites. Exterior renovations included complete removal and reframing of main entry point of building for better employee and public access. A good portion of the failing stucco cladding was removed, framing repaired, new window and door openings constructed and new stucco installed. A new membrane roof was installed along with composite wood roof top deck and railings. Interior renovations included new office partitions, reception desk, interior railings, flooring and paint throughout both floors of building.
